The boat (yacht kind) was beautiful and the room were incredible (spacious, clean and amazing view on the Halong Bay). Staff was friendly.
Given the night price (USD 350) we were expecting a luxury cruise but apart from the boat look and the beautiful rooms the cruise had nothing to do with luxury. The cruise was packed like huge busy family cruises, the food was buffet refill style (and never enough) and not quality food. We expected at least an evening à la carte dinner. The daily activity were nice but evening entertainment was disappointing as we were only two families doing a Karaoke by ourselves. No entertainment at all and background music was cheap house and techno music. The staff could barely speak English except the Director and two friendly female daily entertainer (on the welcoming boat).
