Halong was the first stop of our 10 days trip across Vietnam so we boarded Le theatre cruise the second day there. It was amazing to say the least. The food was great, the people was lovely and warm. We've heard about SEA hospitality being next level but to experience it first hand was eye opening. Dave and Laura and the whole team of staff were tremendous. They looked after all of our needs and we shared lots of laughters throughout our stay.
Our room was beautiful and we had the most amazing panoramic view of the bay from our giant king size bed due to a free upgrade (super grateful for that). The boat was modern, clean and well maintained.
Overall it was a 10/10 from us!
The transfer boat took 40 mins from the harbour to the main boat but according to our research of other boats apparently it's the same practice everywhere so no complaint!

Super gorgeous room with spectacular view from our private balcony, amazing food and service, all contributed to a perfect short stay!
The tender boat ride from the harbour to the main boat took about 45 mins

The cruise was absolutely amazing! I was speechless to see Halong bay for the first time, what a spectacular place. The view from our balcony was fire. The vibes on board were so chill and the staff were all super cool and friendly. Food was excellent and we had the best sleep in a while. Nothing beats waking up to the view of the bay though. We loved every minute of our stay and will definitely recommend!

Due to the rubbish in the water the area is at risk of becoming an eyesore.
More cruising on the actual boat and less travel via tender - 70mins by tender to meet the boat was too long.
