Spacious, away from the road noise. Handy to where we needed to go. Fairly clean but could be better.

No friendly customer service at reception. Nobody at reception at all. Very noisy kids above us until they went to bed about 11.00pm.

Was comfortable, tidy & clean. Rooms are tired, dated & the couch could do with replacing.

The bed was comfortable. So slept well which is good. Brand new fridge in kitchen, still has some of the plastic on it.

Lighting in rooms was okay, but light above the bed had no bulb. No heat pump but there is an oil heater to use to heat the room. Kitchen oven, great to have one, but there is no writing by the dials as to which dial does what.

Unclean with cockroaches. Need to manage the noise from the residents staying there as emergency accomodation as very lo

The space and number of beds available and how close it was to the tournament we were attending.

Did not received the info about how to self check in. Cusotmer service was average. Room smelt musty . And the worse part was the cockroaches that were coming out by the kitchen floor and kitchen bench every night. Has to use fly spray to kill it. Pool wasn’t filled either.

It was very nice would be better if it was looked after a lot better and the holes fixed the couches professionally clea

It was comfortable, the extra blankets and towels was very helpful love the amount of space their was in the lounge. The kitchen and utensils were super helpful. Thank u for those!

The lounge area wasn’t cleaned properly there was splatters of tea on the wall, holes in the walls we found a cockroach in the lounge, the sliding door in the apartment needs to be repaired it don’t slide you gotta lift it.

Premises need renovating.

Location. I wanted to be close to the North Shore Eye Clinic for an operation in the early morning.

The motel was run down. I particularly didn't like that I couldn't lock my bedroom door - which was direct to the Outside. I had to jam a chair under the door handle to feel safe.

Would not stay there again

The room was big enough and you had tea and coffee available the bed was comfortable. TV was in a good location.

Bed looked slept in. So did not hop in it. Someone's black hair left in bathroom, handtowel looked as if it had been used. Food on wall in kitchen. Was advised that the carpet was a bit damp between the door to the bathroom and lounge and carpet drier blower being removed as we were checking in ... at the time I thought looked ok... as we were exhausted and had to be somewhere did not investigate properly until we got back. did not take my shoes off as we had to drop and run.. carpet was a bit more than damp it wat soaking near toilet door. as it was after 10.30 when we got back too late to ring someone. Also earlier before going out there was someone swearing and shouting at their child right under the toilet window, the language was something you wouldn't expect to hear in a hospitality situation. Did not feel very safe as some of clients staying in accommodation did not look very nice in character. Fan in room looked bit scary.

Located in a convenient place. Beds comfy enough. Enough off road parking. Easy to enter the location.

Wifi is week. Cooker was not working properly. Appreciate if bath towels were replaced for two night stay.

the bed was comfortable

the building in the picture doesn’t look like the place we stayed. they changed more than advertised. The check in is done remotely with a phone call. someone took our parking spot. they parking spots are too small. it’s hard to see from the road.

It was handy to where I was doing business but that is about it. Full of social housing clients with rubbish strewn around the lawns etc. I left my toilet bag behind but trying to get it back was a 2 week mission. You can't call the motel direct, you get someone that is fairly unhelpful. I would never book there again.

The service and the fact it is a social housing motel.

the rooms were great and well kept, we would stay again because of the rooms but disappointed about the pool, hot tub an

I liked the rooms, they were modern and well kept

on the website is stated there was a pool and hot tub. my family and I decided to book this place because of that (we’re from aus but Touring nz) we were disappointed to find that the pool was black and the hot tub was empty. we also noticed a sign stating a playground so we decided to check it out for the kids only the find the ‘playground’ was a broken trampoline and broken swing set.

Disappointing

The room was well equipped and clean. Bathroom and kitchen were excellent

Pillows too thick, room too hot,fan didn't cool anything and next room was noisy as furniture was being moved from a van from 5pm-730pm. Then could hear TV next room most of night and early morning. Nobody on reception, only call a person on phone. Motel felt rather in need of care, swimming pool not in operation and old looking.

Absolute shocker!! Booking.com should remove this place from their listing.

Only good thing about the property were the towels. The location was handy to the motorway but that’s all.

Where do I start!! First off, it’s managed by some organisation that manages other motels. We paid $2,200 for 3 rooms (family of 10) over a 4day period. The carpet in the lounge wasn’t cleaned properly as it smelt of urine. We notified the property manager but nothing was done about it. There were no tea towels or cloths provided to wipe down bench tops and clean the dishes. Rooms are being used for emergency/transitional housing, something we should’ve checked beforehand, although I strongly feel motels should have this on their site. We had to ring to have our rooms serviced (we booked 3 rooms) on two occasions and twice the rooms weren’t serviced until after 3pm. The shampoo and conditioner bottles weren’t restocked throughout our stay. The TV in the main bedroom had no plug so couldn’t watch that! The pool and spa was unusable as well as the children’s playground. Disappointed is an understatement. I emailed the property manager and have yet to receive a response. AVOID AT ALL COST!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

For the money it was clean and tidy. It suited my need to be near North Shore Hospital. Yes it had some faults but the bed was fresh, bathroom adequate and I didn't need the kitchen for my one night stay

Kitchen cupboards came off in my hand. Kitchen fairly poor but bed and bathroom was good and all I needed.
