Location, staff, firm bed, clean room, TV instructions.
Ground floor room, some vehicle and foot traffic heard, a 1st floor room might have been better, but not essential

Fantastic location, close to Eventfinda Stadium and walking distance to Takapuna shopping area and the Woolworths supermarket. Having parking available was great. The beds were really comfortable.
Nothing, it was perfectly comfortable and clean, if a little tired.
