Great location, easy walk to lovely cafes and restaurants, close to ferry terminal, nice to have a view towards city and water, undercover parking a bonus, spacious unit and nice balcony area. Great to have a Coffee machine!
Ants in bathroom and kitchen - entered our packet of breakfast cereal which had to be thrown out.
Walls quite knocked about in our unit.

We ate breakfast out at cafes, and there are plenty nearby, so that's great.

Location, apt was good, great view
Heat pump didn’t work so checked air filters and they were fully blocked with mould etc. cleaned them so we could use heat pump and stay warm
