Room size was very spacious. Staff carried our bags to the upper deck rooms !! As my partner and I are elderly, this was very much appreciated. Bed was excellent

Great and convenient location, comfortable beds and spacious room with plenty of storage, a couple of small things that should be easily rectified unfortunately meant it wasn't quite great. But we did enjoy our stay for the most part.
Windows didnt close completely when latched, leaving a gap that unfortunately meant the street noise and car noise was quite disruptive at night. Quite thick dust on windows sills, and some mould on shower floor which should be easy to resolve.
