Lovely location if you dont mind the 2 k drive down bayswater avenue. Since we liked isolation perfectly fine.
nice stay but the hotel was a bit tired. Nothing wrong but tired. Parking was available but difficult to navigate rear parking as lighting was poor and drive way narrow.

Location was good for what I required. No breakfast facilities available. I arrived late and paperwork was ready to sign.
Parking was difficult. Couldn't find any handicapped. Pretty basic, construction going on.

Absolutely beautiful view in the evenings. Friendly staff. Had an absolute relaxing time taking a few days away to unwind. Lovely high pressure shower. Massage chair was a lovely bonus and a great idea. Decent sized freezer and cooker facilities. Big bonus for me was jo children running up and down halls and doors banging closed every few minutes like other establishments. Will definitely be returning.
TV's could be a bit bigger, but they did have lovely clear reception, so it was fine. Everything else was good.

Location was central to lots and quiet.
Location was great but hotel needs a clean up. Light switches were faulty, sofa bed broke, bed was uncomfortable, single bed had a stained protector and mattress like a urine stain, level 3 smelt like sewage. Rubbish pile outside window. No bar anymore. Dust everywhere. No vacuum and utensils were minimal.
