The hotel is in the perfect location for a weekend in Lampang, as it's just 5 minutes walking from the Saturday Walking Street, very convenient to go to the center by foot and not in the very center so you can arrive by car at any time and day. Private parking. Room is big and comfortable, with a good bed and good AC. There are restaurants, bars, massage and an mini BigC supermarket just 2 minutes around the hotel.

Very spacious room. Lots of towels and pillows.
The pressure in the sink faucet was almost non-existent. The shower was fine though.

Large rooms & a small balcony
Bed was like sleeping on bricks
only one room key available, even after asking for a 2nd one.
No elevator. Had to lug suitcases up to the 3rd floor.
Bathroom very small, felt a bit dirty
