The breakfast was very good and the location quiet and peaceful.

Location is excellent! Oldtown just a 2 minute walk away and City area ca. 10 minutes. But this is Lampang. So everything is in walking reach. No matter where you are. Bed is big and hard. Just my liking. Two water bottles everyday. Just as TP.
Bathroom construction is a disaster: the drain lies in the corner, but the bathroom‘s deepest point is in the middle. Flooding the whole day. Bathroom also needs badly a thorough cleaning! Towels should be retired by now and be replaced. No lamp by the bedside (as though i got one after i asked). Plug sockets are badly worn out and not well positioned. When i moved the (way too big) fridge into place…man! Look and clean up once in a while, please.
The breakfast is plenty and Thai. That’s good! Sadly, since it‘s warm food…it‘s always cold. And i find the rigid 10 o‘clock! - No more coffee! - drill extremely annoying. And explain how to work a toast with butter & jam without a knife?
It gets loud. Like really loud. Guests don‘t care slamming doors and shouting and there was hourlong constant chopping noises in the night. Like knife on woodboard. Only really vehement.
