Where do we even start — Mourad and Ismael made this stay unforgettable. Mourad in particular went so far beyond his role: he met us late at night when our flight was delayed just to guide us to the riad, gave us tips on exploring the country, and even taught us some local phrases so we could get around more easily. One evening when we were out very late, he even reached out just to check in and make sure we didn’t need any help — such a thoughtful touch. It genuinely felt like staying with family rather than at a hotel.
The rooftop is beautiful — plenty of space, lovely traditional design, and sipping mint tea up there was a real highlight of our stay. Breakfast was lovely every morning too — enough variety that we never got tired of it, even though the format stayed consistent.
Housekeeping was exceptional: our room was cleaned every day while we were out, towels refreshed daily, and everything always felt spotless. There’s also the sweetest resident cat named Hagrid, and as someone with allergies I can honestly say it didn’t affect our stay at all — everything was kept so clean that it was never an issue, and honestly the cat just added to the charm. The location is great too, just a short walk to one of the main gates, so getting in and out of the medina was easy, especially with all the guidance from the staff (we got a map with the best routes to take, places to visit and tips about the medina)

The property is really beautiful! The terrace upstairs is lovely with a great view of the medina.

This Riad is a little oasis in the Medina. The courtyard is just so pretty, the pool was wonderfully refreshing and a litter bigger than I expected. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with great AC. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had an enjoyable stay in Marrakech. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Breakfast is plentiful and served on the lovely covered terrace with beautiful views. There is also a sun terrace with large umbrella if needed. This place was perfect for our stay.

I’ve stayed in the riad four times now and I just love it. I will continue to stay here each time I visit. The staff are amazing- very accommodating and can’t do enough to help.
The riad is super clean and comfortable- a real home from home. Its location is also excellent.
