Location, cleanliness, easy check in and out.
Just be aware that there are stairs with little depth and have to be careful.

Location was excellent in the heart of Seoul. Close to markets. Close to sub way and train station to get to and from airport. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Good value for money. Staff very helpful.

It was super close to the metro station, to the Namsan tower and Myeongdong shopping street.
Althought the room was small, I highly appreciated the cleanliness of everything. Also, the receptionists were very kind and even helped us carry the luggage upstairs. All in all, it was a very nice stay :)

The location was good and was the main positive aspect of my stay
My stay was disappointing. There is no elevator, so I had to carry my large suitcase up to the third floor. The room was also very small.
Most importantly, I found the hotel photos on Booking.com misleading. In reality, the hotel is squeezed between buildings on both sides, and you have to climb stairs just to reach the entrance. The photos did not give me an accurate impression of the property.
I would not choose this hotel again for a future stay in Seoul.
