Its hard to communicate with the front desk there is no 24/7 staff.

location far enough to not hear the crowds but near enough for subway and shopping, keyless and allows free storage before checkin- returned in the evening after a full day out and shifted into room
Construction happening very nearby- only realised on the last morning weekday before checkout - some ?drilling at 0730h sharp

Location and staff. If looking for a good value in a great location and can overlook the cleanliness then worth booking.
Not very clean. Beds were hard and don’t look at the mattress as I had to request a 2nd sheet cover as stains were bad. Aged and many blemishes.
