I opted for dormitory, so I understood that I had to manage my expectations. However, when I reached the property, the host was really helpful and patiently explained each of the amenities. The beds had curtains for the occupants’ privacy. The entire guest house is clean, and walking distance to close to convenience stores, beauty clinics, a playground, metro station and bus stops. The neighborhood is pleasant and peaceful, and the locals are well-mannered. I feel so secure having stayed here.

Great location for a tourist staying in Gangnam, helpful and friendly English speaking staff, comes with plenty of facilities if you plan to spend alot of your time in your room.
Only negative I could think of is that it's not too easy to find on maps.

Great location and goos quality for the price. Clean and comfortable. They even had a washing machine in the room.
