Sunny, who runs the Suncity guest house is incredibly friendly! She always greeted me very kindly, and helped me practice Korean before going out for the day 💗 What could be better than that! The space was always very quiet and other guests were friendly and considerate. The location is *incredibly* close to Sinsa station. I'd challenge anyone to find a better deal this close to the station (not to mention the Daiso on the corner).
The condition of the building/the room itself is a little bit worn. The walls in the room weren't in the best shape. This made me a little nervous when I first arrived, but didn't affect the quality of my stay one bit once I was settled. The entrance is inside an old parking lot, that you can't see from the street which was confusing.

The location is convenient, it’s close to the subway and so many restaurants, 24 hour laundromat, and shopping district.
The air conditioner was terrible, and in the summer the room isn’t comfortable during hot days. But if you just need the room to sleep at night it’s at a great value.
