If you want to stay in cozy and comfortable place in Seoul. Greenestay is perfect place! We stay with family in spacious room on the second floor with everything what we needed! Also want to say about style of all place is gorgeous! Love it! Beds are very comfortable! Next time when I go to Seoul I will stay here again 100%!

とても綺麗で快適、インテリアもコンパクトでも快適になるよう工夫されていました。また、他の宿泊者もマナーを守って汚さない、騒がないのが素晴らしい。
分からないことも、スタッフの方がすぐにLINEで返信をくれます。
全て完璧、素晴らしい宿泊施設ですが、個人的には人に会えない、スタッフの方々がいないのは不安です。
私が洗濯機、乾燥機を使おうと思った時、掃除のスタッフさんがたまたまいらっしゃったので、使い方を聞けたから良かったですが、宿泊客以外、誰もいなかったら不安でした。

新堂駅の4番出口から1分ほどなので駅近で良い。市場や飲食店も多いので韓国語の会話に困らない方であれば日本の下町のような雰囲気でより楽しめるとも思う。
都内1Kに住む一人暮らし友人宅に泊まりに来た雰囲気だと思えば想像がしやすいかも‥
こじんまりとしているが、共有スペースも清潔感があった。
東大門まで徒歩15分くらいなので、時間に余裕があれば散策しながらの移動も楽しめる
蛇口に対して洗面台が小さいため足元が濡れやすい。
入り口の木の階段は2段しか無いが、高さがあるためスーツケースが大きい場合は少し上げづらい。
立地に関しては仕方ないが、近隣にコーヒーショップが多い割にコンビニは少なめ。
