The staff where amazing. Rachi our front desk host was always eager to help us as well as all our kitchen ladies! It’s an amazing place extremely clean. You can paddle board swim in the water or go to the check out their forest reserve. You can see claims, sloths and all kind of birds. Honestly a magical place!

The over-the-water experience is wonderful. The room was very big and the breezes kept it cool. Still very romantic and the sunsets from the deck are amazing. Free welcome drink at the bar was nice. Very close water taxi to Bocas town.
The picture makes it look like this is not surrounded by other homes and rentals, but it is very much so. It is on the bay of a town and surrounded. Busy boat traffic.

We stayed in an over the water bungalow. It was very nice with a small seating area, an even smaller bedroom (with a lovely view from the bed) and a terrace with steps directly into the sea.
Inside, there is a small glass panel in the floor to watch the fish and another with a raised glass cover, underneath which is a gap to feed the fish through (fish food is provided). It did feel very private and we had breakfast in bed which was lovely. The food in the restaurant was okay, nothing special.
We enjoyed wandering through the nature reserve, directly behind the hotel, feeding the caiman (again, food provided) and trying to spot sloths.
We were a bit disappointed that no one met us at the quayside with an umbrella as it was pouring with rain and they could see us arriving. In general the staff were pleasant enough but lethargic, we kept having to remind them of things like our drinks.
The bedroom was tiny and the bathroom was so small washbags had to be kept in the living area. Not all the lights worked but as we were only staying one night that wasn’t a problem for us.

Remote hut, staff are so helpful, can get anywhere by boat taxi in minutes, we saw dolphins both mornings from our balcony!!
