Perfect location to where we needed to be and easy walk to train station to explore the city centre. Room was very spacious and good size kitchen facilities with washing machine & dryer. Nice to have a balcony and sliding door for fresh air. Bed very comfy. Enjoyed our two nights in this apartment.

We arrived early morning after an overseas flight. Our room wasn’t available but we could shower and freshen up. We were able to check in early later in the day, and we were given a late check out also. Train station close by and excellent cafe across the road.

I liked the location and the rooms. We have stayed 3 times.
The staff member on duty was unfriendly and when when I asked for some information about booking the shuttle, it seemed to be so much of a hassle and his manner was bordering on rude. This was the reason that we didn't stay with you last time

Great location, close to mascot station and local grocery shops
The reception staff were very cold and not welcoming, just didn’t get a good vibe everytime I asked them questions or any assistance / advice about general hotel accommodation etc
