Amazing location, extremely nice host, clean and comfortable.
AC was not very strong, however it did slowly cool the room.

Location was excellent… 5-10 walk to everything… Duomo , Uffizi museum, Academia, Ponte Vechio etc. Bus stop just outside for a 6 minute direct ride to the train station . Couldn’t ask for a more central location . Room was clean and comfortable.
Elevator to the 6th floor is very small and somewhat difficult to deal with but that’s not the hotel’s fault..just an old building. We saw the manager only once when we checked in… never saw him again. Don’t be fooled by the B n B indication…there is no breakfast

The location is strategic. The host was attentive and helped us with additional heating when we requested it.
This is a shared bathroom facility. Unlike what it states in the amenities our room did not have a private bathroom. The breakfast was served in a side room that seemed not organised and very informal in a bad way. We had only the first breakfast, the other two we skipped. The beds where bad too soft in a bad way (cheap mattress).
