The location, close to the Uffizi Gallery was perfect.
The 80 steps to reach the room. The impersonal nature of the stay. The step inside the room that I tripped on three times. The lack of adequate socket for the kettle. The stress caused by the outside door access, when the 0 hardly ever worked. (access to the property itself was great) No coffee machine, which most Italian places offer.
The excellent location makes up for these faults, but it's no excuse to disrespect visitors.

Perfect location, appreciated the cleanliness and the efficient air conditioning system which made my stay very comfortable indeed.
I found the stairs challenging. I would have liked a more personal interaction with staff. The internet/wifi was a bit of a challenge and had some difficulty accessing the accommodation on arrival. Please note the bedlight was not operational.
