Fantastic location. Check in at the hotel round the corner. Staff excellent and walk you to your room. Located in central Florence so great location to everything. Room clean and has everything. Little coffee/ kitchen area to use with nice coffee machine and biscuits. We paid to have the breakfast on the hotel roof which was very nice and the lady who served us coffee and fresh eggs was lovely.
Nothing to not like.

The property was in the best location, central to the duomo and other historic landmarks. The staff were excellent ( they operate out of their basin hotel della signoria around the corner from this B&B) but they are welcoming helpful and happy to assist. The room was light and airy, fresh, clean and comfy bed.
The room was light and airy although the aircon could've been colder- it was comfortable but Florence was in the grip of and Intense heatwave. We weren't allowed to lower the aircon from where it was as it would jam up the system, but I think this was more due to the extreme heatwave and extensive demands on the aircon system at this time. The bathroom was very small, the toilet extremely small and I imagine a large person would struggle with its size. In Australia we use this size toilet for children amenities.

Good location, close to the iconic sites.
Check-in process- you have to check-in at one hotel and walk to another. We had already walked from the train station, so having to drag bags along more cobblestone streets was a bit of a pain. I did also think our room view would be over the square, not the side street.
