Juliana was an excellent resource for restaurants in the area as well as good places to shop for leather goods. She was helpful in carrying our luggage to our room and helping us get settled.

Where to begin!! First, the host of a Florence View, Giuliana , is very friendly, always greeted by a smile when she sees you, always responds to messages very quickly. She gave us great recommendation for a restaurant( that we went twice in 3 days!!!)
The room was very clean and had everything we needed!!! The view was Amazing!!!!
If ever we go back to Florence, we will for sure be staying there again!! ❤️
Nothing at all

Location was perfect for the Duomo and central to most other sites. View out into square and the baptistry - felt energy and loved music in the square. Lift used for luggage and wife with bad knees was very helpful.
No breakfast.

Location
Hard to find. To access the property you need to walk up a set of small steps. Not ideal if you have luggage.
