Central location and close to all the important sites.
The staff were very helpful and pleasant.
Bathroom tap was loose which I pointed out the next morning. But nothing was done about it during our stay.
Plug in basin did not work so I changed it for the one in the bidet. Automatic drink and confectionary machine was out of order
and again was not fixed during our stay. Thank goodness the Auto coffee machine was working.
Carpets were very grubby everywhere.
To be fair the staff were very nice and we should have gone back to the reception location (about 200 metres to complain. I think the crowds put us off

I loved the old building our room was in. It was in a very convenient location. There was a dining area to have a complimentary basic breakfast/morning tea. The room was large and comfortable.
You need to go to another building to check in but don’t let this put you off. It was no bother. They stored our bags until check-in time.
The piazza was a little noisy at night but this didn’t worry me as I wear earplugs to bed.

Location was perfect.
Very ordinary breakfast expected a little more than cake and dry toast.
We were given the attic room very low ceiling I kept hitting my head on the exposed beams no view out of the window which was so small.
the room, compared to other rooms in this location which looked a lot better and bigger and not having to contend with more stairs.
