Location
Room is too small, windows are not sound proof, so you can hear everything till 3:30 am from the street, party goers, vendors with the carts, etc

Could not recommend this place more. It’s a small family run Hotel. Ines and Lapo are beyond lovely!! The location is AMAZING! For a solo traveller it’s also extremely safe. The room had everything you could possibly need

I like being close to everything and the staff was friendly.
It was supposed to have a private bathroom. What it had was a shower and sink right in the bedroom and a toilet down the hall. The bed was actually two twin beds, which separated quite a bit during the night.
