The property was amazing. It was right next to Uffizi gallery but was still very spacious. Staff was very friendly. Brunch was excellent, much better than expected. Would definitely stay there again

Breakfast was wonderful. Location is great. We had 2 rooms one the bed was very hard the other was soft. Rooms were mildly noisy we heard banging in and off through are stay. We used transportation which was good.

For more than 20 years I have been staying at this property. The accommodations are cavernous, clean and have everything you need. The breakfast staff are wonderful and very accommodating. The desk staff are surly and uninterested. They will do only what is necessary and don’t appear to care if you have a good experience. Most hotels ask if you had a good stay but, staying in line with the surliness we experienced right from pressing the intercom to enter the property, they didn’t bother to ask. They weren’t rude but they couldn’t care less either. So glad I spent my money there!
Either way, the property is well placed, clean, cool and comfy.
Would stay again purely for convenience and location but it creeps up my back when one has so many options for places to stay and the staff are apathetic.
Why work in customer service if you don’t like people or is it simply tourists?
