What a unique hotel! Tall and narrow. Located on the river. Within walking distance of the many tourist sites. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was enjoyable each morning in their breakfast room. Nice rooftop restaurant, reservations are needed. I would stay here again.

Location is perfect for the traveler that likes to enjoy the night life. It’s a great location and close to everything but with that comes a little noise that eventually dies down late evening (we were on a lower level). The hotel staff were very helpful and quick to respond to questions or requests. Check in was easy! The bed is good if you prefer a firmer mattress. AC worked well.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was knowledgable and helpful, and the hotel was a delightful look into Florentine living. The rooftop breakfast room was a treat. It was great to be above the hustle and bustle of the streets. The AC in the room worked great, which was important as it was hot outside. I don't think the location could be beat. We were only spending one night in the city as we were traveling on but it was easy to get in some sights in the heart of Old Town.
Would highly recommend and will be back the next time I'm in Florence.
