I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay in Florence. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely wonderful. Andreia super host she greats us with prosseco on arrival The location is perfect — beautifully situated in Florence and within easy walking distance of the main attractions, restaurants, cafés, and charming streets. It made exploring the city so easy and enjoyable, NO transportation need it What truly made the experience special was the hospitality. Andreia was incredibly welcoming, friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. You could feel that they truly wanted their guests to have a memorable stay, and they went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and at home. The property itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, cozy, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay after spending the day exploring Florence. Overall, this was more than just a hotel stay — it was a wonderful experience. The combination of the fantastic location, exceptional hospitality, cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail made our visit truly memorable. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Florence. Localisation was great. Personal was really nice.

It was a super small room. It was a queen size bed and we could not open 2 suitcases or dress in the bathroom. city views means just view to the street. check out super early although it was in the info and gave options to store luggage. Building entrance is very old . It was very expensive compared to other options I found based on the above so we have higher expectations
