The property is located just a few steps from the Baptistery of St. John and the Cathedral Santa Maria del Fiore. In fact, we could see both these buildings from the window of our room. The location is excellent. It’s close to all the important landmarks: about 10 min walking distance from Santa Maria Novella train station, about 2-3 min walking distance from Piazza della Repubblica and about 5-7 min walking distance from Piazza della Signoria. The room was beautiful, cosy and clean, while the staff were very kind and helpful. Alexes was wonderful, friendly, polite and professional.

Perfect location in the heart of Florence at the Piazza della repubblica and beautiful view from room. Lovely clean & spacious room with great aircon which is a must for August! Breakfast at a lovely restaurant just minutes from room at the Piazza della Signoria.
If you have any difficulty with stairs then be mindful there are around 20 steps before the lift. So pack light which was difficult for us on a 4 week trip. Normal for Italy due to the age of buildings, but good to be aware.

Perfect location.
You can hear everything in your room. Not really a hotel. Definitely a b&b. The people living upstairs are very loud. Stomping as they walk across the floor and playing music. When other guests arrive the are loud late at night. There must be a quiet zone when entering the 4th floor. The second night the guests in the room next door were having sex. You could hear everything as he was continually slapping her and you could hear them moan. It was quite annoying and distasteful. Photos do not represent advertising.
