The Property was centrally located and convenient
Exceptionally clean and the most hospitable staff from check in staff to restaurant staff and housekeeping and even the Spa, all went all out to ensure we were extremely comfortable and attended to all our needs immediately

My stay at Sheraton New Delhi was excellent. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Breakfast offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options, supported by attentive service. The location was convenient and easily accessible. Most importantly, the Front Office and Housekeeping teams were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly comfortable and memorable.
The breakfast experience was outstanding, especially the delicious South Indian dishes. The chef personally visited our table, which made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. The food was fresh, authentic, and beautifully prepared. The room was clean and comfortable, and the Front Office and Housekeeping teams were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a wonderful and memorable stay at Sheraton New Delhi.

Rooms were clean. Dakshin restaurant was good.
Delhi Pavilion was chaotic. Had to wait an hour for a cup of tea. Staff apologized, but it was too little too late. One evening, they were playing loud music that could be heard while entering and exiting the elevators. They must keep in mind that at times, customers when they come to stay could be unwell and might want comfort food or quiet space.
