Staff were friendly and did their best to help wherever they could. Bed was comfortable. They gave us a free upgrade which was nice.
Shower wasn't really hot and water didn't drain away so that wasn't good as our feet was in 2inches of water. Didn't have breakfast. For the price it was over priced. Liked location elsewhere closer to Little India.

I loved the room, the facilities, everyone was willing to help and available.
The breakfast could use some improvements but nothing huge

Location was very good. I was able to walk to the places I needed to reach.
The full length mirror was in a dark spot, inadequate lighting.
