Location was convenient and apartment was nice
Check in was a bad experience
No lobby and was not informed in advance therefore was walking around with our suitcases to look for it.
Waiting on the sidewalk for hotel staff for more than 15min (eventhough was told will be there in 5min) and it was a hot day!

Super B is located in central George Town, in the newer part of the city, next to several shopping malls and a supermarket, which is very convenient. It is also within walking distance of many historical attractions. The place is clean, spacious, and especially suitable for families. The staff were very nice, and cleaning was provided every day. We stayed there for five nights and had a very enjoyable experience.
The check-in process was a bit confusing because there was no counter directly at the location. It took us some time to figure out how to check in, and in the end I had to call them before someone came from another location to assist us. I wish this had been communicated earlier, as it would have helped avoid confusion and miscommunication.
