Affordable hotel in George Town. Many restaurants around
+ water for free
+ no mosquito
+ good shower & toilet
+ good A/C
+ comfortable bed
Attention: This Hotel is in a Chinese dominated street with little halal restaurants. No problem, just walk 5min to next street.
Overall it was good, but
- little availability of reception
- little english communication
- very small storage for clothing, our cloths were kept in luggage :/
- once I spotted a cockroach in the shower. I needed to remove it because reception was (once again) not there.

Das Familienzimmer hatte zwar Fenster aber die Fensterläden sind immer mit ein bisschen Wind wieder zu gegangen. Soweit wir gesehen haben gab es nichts zum Befestigen. Dadurch war das Zimmer dunkel.

Modern and spacious room. Nice toilet and shower. Location is excellent. Walking distance of lots of attractions. The street the hotel is located has a conveniance store a stones throw. Lots of streetfood choices, restaurents and trendy coffee shops.
We did get bitten by mosquitos on the nights we forgot to put our mosquito repellent on. But it wasn't too bad. The linen did smell like it wasn't washed but after I raised this they changed it immediately and it was fine after that. You also need to make sure you make a note of the pin to the front door. Upon arrival and not having wifi I didnt realise that the front desk close at a particular time so I had to spend time trying to sort out data on my mobile so I could access their email with the pin codes. Breakfast was included but we only ate it one morning as we preferred the variety outdoors.

New renovated hotel, everything clean.
1. We get room WITHOUT WINDOWS. Very bad surprise, because there weren’t any information about it during booking process.
2. Missing window means not enough fresh air inside - bad sleeping and headache early morning
3. Extremely badly soundproofed. Especially all WC activities from neighbors were very noisy.
Couldn’t fall asleep until late night.
