I had a very pleasant stay at Wow Boutique Hotel. The location is excellent — it’s conveniently situated near Komtar and within walking distance of some of Penang’s famous food spots, including the well-known Penang Road Famous Cendol.
The hotel is a great choice if you want to explore George Town, as many attractions, shops, and local eateries are easily accessible. The room was comfortable and the overall environment was pleasant and convenient.
What I enjoyed most was the location — it made exploring Penang’s local food and attractions very easy without having to travel far.
Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend Wow Boutique Hotel to anyone looking for a convenient place to stay while exploring the best of George Town and Penang.

Location and value for money. Basic amenities for a night or two. Ample parking space.
Walls were peeling and it gave the impression that it was unclean. Hair dryer in room 402 wasn’t working. Internet was very weak.
When I checked in, the staff mending the reception was having a difficult time trying to explain a situation about payment method. The foreign tourist couldn’t speak much English and I could see he was equally frustrated and confused. Instead of finding other ways to explain to the poor tourist, the receptionist just repeated the same explanation. It was going nowhere.

Il est à côté d'une zone de bus et navettes gratuites jusqu'au centre historique.
la chambre est immense.
Beaucoup d'attentions : eau, café, thé.
Propre et chambre faite chaque jour.
Clim efficace.
Vraie grande douche, même si pas pratique d'y accéder.
L'hôtel a été pensé pour être beau et bien fait, déco soignée, grande chambre, grand lit. Mais il n'y a rien d'entretenu : les peintures sont à refaire, les joints et les équipements sont très abîmés. C'est plus que vieillissant. Le tout a grand besoin d'un entretien et de réparations, qui ne sont pas faites. C'est décrépi. C'est dommage, car il y a les atouts pour être bien et cela l'a été sans doute.
