The hotel is located near several hawker centres, malls and a bus station in walking distance.
I had the room with a balcony on 5th floor. Good sized room. It was clean and you havea good view of the area.
I saw several mold spots in the area. I think there was a leakage.
No water in the room, however you can go to the 1st floor to get water. I was able to get water on the 1st day. The rest of the time i was unable to get water due to renovations on the 1st floor.
Luckily there were some stores in the area to get your water.
Staff could be friendlier. I don't need them to act like we're friends, but be more welcoming and a smile never killed anyone.
