The room is very comfartable, cozy and the furnishing is like those high end hotels

Soundproofing not that good. Can hear cars and motorcycles passing buy. But the bed is too comfy slept like a log

The hotel is located on a quiet side street away from the main tourist area. The lobby and bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Our room was much bigger than expected, with a comfortable bed and plenty of storage space. The shower-room was large enough for us to move around and well-lit for doing makeup etc. The shower itself had excellent water pressure and temperature, and my husband was delighted that there was a Japanese-style electric toilet seat with bidet and dryer. A water dispenser with hot and cold water and ice was available by the lifts, as well as a microwave, and a vending machine in the lobby sold snacks, drinks, and essential items such as sunscreen and cooling strips. The vending machine only takes QR code payments, but if you give cash to reception they will get the item for you. The restaurant adjoining the hotel was closed during our stay but the dining room was open for use if you ordered Grab to the hotel. The hotel doesn't have a laundry room but partners with a local laundry company if you need clothes washing during your stay. The laundry partner was very cheap (8MYR per kg, minimum 3kg) and very fast. We left 2 bags of laundry with reception at lunchtime for them to collect and the clean, dry, and folded laundry was waiting for us when we returned to the hotel at about 10pm that night.

The shower leaked a lot of water into the shower-room, so anything on the floor got soaked. There seemed to be some confusion amongst staff about payment methods for the vending machine - one member of staff told us the machine would also take contactless payments, which wasn't the case. Our door didn't quite swing fully shut, so we had to pull it hard when leaving to make sure it was properly shut and locked.

Nice, clean room with good amenities for a very affordable price.
