The location, the facilities. Friendly staff
There was some maintenance issues in the bathroom but the problem was quickly solved

Quiet location
The apartment had a strange smell.
And outside the apartment we had an occasional smell off sewerage?
Being on the bottom ground floor was not ideal as you could heavily hear footsteps from the persons on the first floor.
