Airport transfer facilities and staff attention were very good. breakfast was sufficient. Even when we were leaving we had our breakfast

The staff were welcoming and attentive
Hotel transfers went smoothly and staff were also able to arrange my transfer for the boat the next morning. The beds were extremely comfortable and it was clean. No mosquito bites in this hotel!!
The breakfast was cold and no facility to reheat. The bathroom was tiny and you could just about turn around in it or dry yourself when you have left the shower.

I liked that the hotel was close to the airport and that the suburb was very peaceful, opposite the beach. My stay included a breakfast, which is always good, plus a free airport transfer. Special mention for staff member Saw, who gave incredibly good customer service. He must be a valued employee.

Good location, good value. Fairly clean.
Staff are not very accommodating, they failed to pick us up at the airport and fumbled the transfer back again so we had to take a cab. Everything seemed hard to arrange, like getting an extra towel. Very disappointing breakfast at well.
