Comfortable apartments in a very good location.
Peeling wallpaper at the entrance of the apartment.
Poor-quality towels.
In the RELAX building, although there is a bar, it is not operated effectively. Guests using the playground who want something to drink have to walk to the other buildings.
During breakfast, there is a long delay in preparing tables for incoming guests, which results in people having to wait while standing.

This hotel consists of two buildings, and the spa is located only in the first of them. But there is a children's room where you can play. There is also a cafe, but it does not work if there are few people in the second building, and you need to go again to the first building to eat breakfast or during the day. The room is comfortable, the beds are comfortable, there is a table at which you can eat or work. There is also a smart TV.
The shower floor is very slippery. The administration should think about this and buy anti-slip mats or strips.

The room is spacious. We've got an upgrade in the family building. The decorations are luxurious with really nice features. There is floor heating in the toilet.
The second bedroom is really dark, which is nice for long night sleep.
The kitchen is fully equipped. Welcome smacks provided.
Nice outdoor playground and indoor play room. The swimming pool is good and there are a few jacuzzi. Haven't tried Sauna yet but it should be good too.
The location is 36 minutes away from Zakopane. No much to see around the hotel. Many facilities seem closed( not being the ski season).
The swimming pool has no kids time after 8pm. It is disappointing to us because we went out and came back late, so my children cannot try the swimming pool.
Not enough shelf or hooks in the toilet. The roof window curtains kept dropping down when I tried to close. One of the bed mattresses is worn out, too soft for sleeping. All pillows aren't comfortable either.
It could be more child friendly in the family room. For example, a stool for young kids to wash hands would be great.
The receptionists were not smiling. I haven't felt welcomed.

SPA there is amazing and Sauna good too, Massage lady Annya is excellent professional, probably she is the only reason if I come back to Dimond Apparthotel. Staff in reception & Spa is very nice and supportive!
Well... Lets start from Elevator is disappointed us from day one its not going to floor 2 from inside, simply botton is now working. Instructions about floors and room numbers are mistaken too. Inside room only temperature controler is AC which is drying air crazy time, sure there are no humidifiers. inside kitchen there is a carpet which is lossing hair like old dog we simply put it out. Breakfast overall is good but day to day its jumping from 2 to 4 stars..., but staff is good & supportive! Jakuzzi water look like it there not changed in weeks...
