Excellent service and high standards as usual; NAT did not fail at any time. Clean room with great view. Excellent and rich breakfast. We have got tickets to Termy Bukowina with small discount but good to have it anyway.
I remember the time when the parking was free of charge; now it is 10 zloty per day. The hotel is from the top pricing tier and charging for parking looks like a pettiness.

Close to hot spring spa and lots of ski lifts.
Hotel was overpriced for what they say they have vs how it's looks in reality. Restaurant is overpriced and not very tasty. Spa fota 2 adults, limited parking fit for maybe 10 car in the winter, paid parking below is narrow and limited as well. You can hear everything through the walls, at 11pm i had to tell my kid that the people above us were not being nice by " jumping on the bed".
