The location was good, the quality and the communication response were also good
A bit too pushy on pay the tourist tax before even setting out foot in Italy!! Also they sent us a form to submit our passport and there was already someone else’s passport on that linked. When I informed them of the security risk of sharing someone else’s ID, their response was mistakes happen. Really!!

Nice building in a perfect location
You know that horrible sweaty feeling you have under a synthetic blanket but out of it you freeze because of the AC? that’s was it!
