A nice clean hotel with good sized rooms

Really comfortable room, I particularly liked the slightly retro chairs and table - decent view from 7th floor of Shinkansen. Good value for a decent brand hotel. About 10 minutes walk to the main station
1) No coin laundry - get some - I had to go outside - inconvenient
2) Finding offsite parking is always stressful. Your map is inadequate and I think inaccurate. Blow it up and just show immediate hotel area. Include a photo of the correct Fukuda parking entrance. In the parking - more signs to hotel. I only found the correct entrance the day left.
3) Filter coffee bags in room please.

Location was fine and close to the station
Rooms are dated with old furniture. One pillow per guest in the room. Bathrooms very dated with bath with overhead shower and pull around shower curtain. Fridge in the room didn’t work and no water left in the room. Bathroom add ons in case you forgot anything were plentiful though. Toilet seat was hot but not unpleasantly so. Not enough power sockets on either side of the bed and no USB sockets. TV showed breakfast at 06:30 but in fact started at 07:00. The staff though are amazing both in reception and the breakfast area. Breakfast was ok but no hot plates available for hot food.
