Great location right next to Sendai station with easy access to Shinkansen JR n the subway.

Great location, so easy to get to the main station. All the staff were lovely, and they had great amenities!
The room was quite standard for a Japanese city, but the bathroom was huge!

The check-in was quick and the staff was very helpful to guide me through.
Spacious room with all the things I need (outlets in the toilet for using hair dryer, type-C connector in addition to type-A, AC is not locked to warm air/normal fan only).
The bathroom comes with a shower and bathtub, too bad I didn't use the bathtub this time.
Nothing comes the top off my head.
If I have to nitpick, it's the charging speed for electronic for someone who forgot to carry an adapter. But it's already cover as I mentioned in "What did you like?".
