Buen apartamento
El apartamento es amplio, tiene un salón muy cómodo, una habitación que caben dos camas muy bien, y una cocina con todo lo necesario. La terraza es muy grande y bonita. La cocina está equipada con menaje, perfecta para pasar unos días y el salón dispone también de mobiliario útil sin llegar a estar sobrecargado. El apartamento tiene mucha luz. En general estuvimos muy bien.
La limpieza fue muy escasa, sobre todo en lo referido al dormitorio, y en la ropa de cama. Las camas eran muy viejas y muy incómodas, se notaban todos los muelles, era muy complicado descansar. No tiene ascensor, y el apartamento está en el ático que se corresponde con un quinto.

Funktioniert für kleines Geld gut!
Es gab eine schöne große Dachterrasse, die Zimmer waren geräumig und es war alles zum Kochen vorhanden. Zudem ist die Unterkunft eine der preiswertesten auf Mallorca, so dass man logischerweise beim Komfort Abstriche machen muss. Wlan ist vorhanden, obwohl bei booking nicht gelistet. Auch ein Heizer, der uns gute Dienste geleistet hat, ist vorhanden. (Beim Anschluss des zweiten, ebenfalls vorhandenen, kommt die Sicherung :-))
Wie schon gesagt: Bei dem Appartmentpreis sollte man nicht zu viel erwarten. Das Mobiliar ist stark in die Jahre gekommen, die Schlafmöglichkeit Couch, die man zwangsläufig zu dritt nutzen muss, ist etwas für Hartgesottene.

Die Aussicht auf der Terrasse war hervorragend!
Warmwasserboiler ist uralt und wenn er durch die Nutzung von Warmwasser anfing, dass Wasser aufzuheizen, kam ein nicht auszuhaltender, modernder Gestank in der ganzen Wohnung auf, so das ich dann oft eine Zeit lang auf die Terrasse ging, bis der Gestank erträglich war. Das gesamte Besteck, Töpfe, Pfannen, waren extrem verschmutzt! Kühlschrank rostig(aber sauber) Ich habe das gesamte Appartement erstmal halbwegs gereinigt, um mich dort einigermaßen wohlzufühlen!

Good price for the quality and near everything. For us a mo go in the summer months
The balcony and the well equipped kitchen
We knew there was no airco but for a summer stay is not recommended ( 43 degress in the flat with 2 ventilators on)

Great location and super roof terrace
Location fantastic, parking easy, supermarket amd beach a few mins walk, great large terrace. Very easy check-in and friendly staff.
Everything a bit old and battered but clean. Could have at least been some hand soap provided in the bathroom, some bags for the rubbish bin - these are a a few basics you don't expect to have to buy at this price.

excellent accommodation, great location. A fabulous budget stay.
great location. everything you need. Excellent for the price. AC would have been a bonus as it was very hot but the fans helped. we knew there was no AC when booked so we were prepared.
