Location: Excellent, on the beachfront, couldn’t be better. Near the main strip of shops and restaurants.
Cleanliness 10/10.
Comfortable.
Shower broke and was repaired extremely quickly.
Food: Good breakfast.
Staff: Disinterested and unfriendly. Do not interact with you in the dining room.Asked for spa facilities to be turned on as were not running. Told wait 30 minutes. Waited. Not turned on. Had our time wasted.Next day asked at reception, attitude from them and laughing saying perhaps they forgot. Customers are paying to use the services, not helpful. Overall would say the customer service is poor.

Great stay! The food was delicious and had a wide variety of options every day. The hotel has a nice German orientation, and the staff speaks both German and English fluently, making communication super easy.
There aren't enough sunbeds around the pool, so you have to run down by 8:30 AM and wait in line until 9:00 AM just to reserve one. Also, keep in mind that, as with most hotels in Mallorca, there are no private hotel loungers on the beach

Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice design
We booked 2 rooms for a family of 5. Our room (mine and husband’s) was great, but the kids’ room smelled really bad (like cat’s litter box). We complained about it every day, asking also for room exchange, but all that we got was maintenance visits and no solution. If it wasn’t for this, I would give this hotel a 10, but since this could really ruin one’s stay, I’m rating it only with a 6. It’s a lottery. ;)
