I thought Joan at the front desk was spectacular. He went above my expectations.
I was unhappy with the fact that the designated smoking area was right when you walked in the entrance. YUCK!
I was unhappy with the toilet paper. So Coarse that it caused some health issues.
I had the worst sports massage for 50 euros in my life. As a massage therapist myself, the woman had no training about the body and how the muscles attach. Don't get a massage here.
The breakfast buffet was spectacular but the dinner buffet required you to pay extra for drinks, even Water! 3 euros
For the money I spent, I was disappointed overall

This is the second time I'm staying at this hotel and I will definitely come back,wonderful hotel, very clean, good food, amazing swimming pool, friendly staff especially Marga who I have corresponded with her by email before our arrival with some special request and she made sure that they were all arranged.
