Is close to the beach!
The smell of the reception was really bad since we arrived!
Personal not professional,they was not cleaning the room accordingly, the rubbish from the room not collected all,the towels they took from us they didn’t bring back,i have to go to reception to ask for them for 3 times and in the end they give me after 2 days what they have left because all are for washing.
The food is 80% or more same food every single day.
Food is not cooked correctly,we found meet uncooked (chicken,pork even some vegetables).
All plates and glasses was not washing properly,we have to wipe them every single time we use.
Vegetables and fruits like cucumber,watermelon,peaches,melon all not fresh,with 0 test and very soft.
The water from dispenser was with very bad taste.
After approximately 5 days we couldn’t eat anymore the same food.
On the snack bar was only rest of the food from the lunch time.
Also with pasta that was left they was making pizza with!
Desert was so so bad,nothing that could be edible,with no test at all.
The pool very poor and small!
Less activities the others all inclusive we was!

Location is great very close to the beach. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. Great selection of food for breakfast.
Ques for coffee in the morning. The coffee machine was quite slow. Maybe an idea to get a separate flask for hot water for tea.

The location and staff were wonderful. And the stay fit its purpose.
The walls are thin and can hear other guest! No fault of hotel the guests were noisy and inconsiderate. Screaming kids and adults actually. Hotel tried to resolve but humans will be humans.
