Very clean and fresh apartment. Everything you may need for self care (fan, iron), cooking etc is available in the room. Every room has its own terrace and parking place. Cleaning of rooms is every 2 days. Very friendly stuff and owner Elena and her husband. Silent beach is close to apartment. Between villas and beach is located nice restaurant with sea view. Definitely we would to come back to this place in a future and advise it to our friends as well.

the building is a bit run down, the entrance and the garden looks abandoned. Our apartment was spacious and with air conditioning, but furnitures were cheap. For the same price, we stayed in a beautifull (and larger) apartment in Agios Nicolaos, which is also much nicer than Ferma (nothing here, but a long road with few markets, and of course the beach).
