Breakfast, the location was beautiful
Shower drainage was faulty and the washroom flooded.

Mooie locatie, ruime kamer met eigen terras, heerlijke douche, mooi zwembad met buitendouche. Voldoende ligbedden, restaurant met super service en heerlijk eten. ( ook Europees ivm Duitse eigenaar)

Das Hotel liegt an einem Steinstrand, mit großem Poolbereich und gepflegtem Garten. Liegen waren immer ausreichend vorhanden. Das Zimmer war groß, sauber, die Einrichtung aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Dusche spritzte leider in alle Richtungen. Die Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren motiviert, freundlich und immer sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen im Restaurant war gut, die Speisekarte aber etwas zu übersichtlich. Angegliederte, gut ausgerüsrete Tauchbasis mit sehr guten Mitarbeitern und Ausrüstung.
Preis/Gesamtleistung ist hier deutlich an der Grenze.

Beautiful room with the WOW factor
Lovely pool and excellent food (which was also good value formoney)
Room and surroundings were clean

Experienced too many restrictions, e.g. was not allowed to move the sun loungers at the pool to face the sun or to put ones head in the shade of a tree. Prohibited from bringing in own food and/or drink (understandable) but when requested a drink during the mid-morning was met with huffs and puffs because bar was not open. Consider this unreasonable in 35 deg heat.
During a party of ‘walk-in’ guests, the walk-ins took over the restaurant and pool and resident guests were ignored. Very poor.
Requested assistance with booking a ferry due to being unable to receive WiFi in some areas in the resort and was advised the staff are not allowed to help with such requests. As a seasoned traveller around the world I was absolutely amazed at this poor customer service.
Ground floor Exec Room needs more insulation to prevent noise from above. Not pleasant to hear ones neighbours every move!
