The apartment location is excellent, looking out to the Santa Marta church and one block away from the seafront street. The property itself is spacious and well cut, with plenty of space for 4 people in 3 rooms (the second bathroom helps too). The kitchen is very well equipped so you can take advantage of the plentiful supply of fresh local produce - shops are a short walk away. Even the small court is pleasant to while time away and contributes to the excellent air circulation, a welcome plus in a town with mercifully bearable temperatures but strong sunshine. Which brings to another major advantage of the apartment: the strategically placed drying wire rope (don't laugh: a beach vacation and humid nights are a strain on drying capacity).
Finally, the owner is very nice and always available.
The area is a nightlife magnet, with the Santa Marta Park and a large number of restaurants and bars. This means a lot of people walking past, especially on weekends. And you get a good idea what's on the menu.

La casa es preciosa y está ubicada en la mejor zona de Ericeira. Es comodísima y está perfectamente equipada con todo lo necesario para no tener que preocuparse por nada. Elsa, anfitriona Cum Laude. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
Sólo que es un bajo y hay que tener cuidado con las ventanas abiertas. No puedes irte y que se ventile.

Muy bien ubicado en la ciudad. Muy pendiente de los detalles tanto en recepción como en salida. Quizas precise un poco más de ventilación para reducir olor humedad.

Great location, very near the seafront. Clean and comfortable, very well equipped. Very clear check in procedures and the owner responded quickly to questions.
The shower curtain doesn't stop water from going on the bathroom floor (lucky there's a mop!)
