We liked our cozy room and the private sauna. The staff was very nice and helpful. Exceptional service for the hotel as well as the restaurant. We booked a Snowmobile and Ice Fishing trip with the hotel and the staff was more than flexible with our wishes. We had an awesome day on the Snowmobiles and ice and received a lot of helpful information. Felt safe and comfortable with the staff and even caught a fish that was prepared by the chef for us to have for dinner. We loved the food of the restaurant. We would definitely come back.

Good base for exploloring the area

Karigasniemi is not very interesting village, but anyway the hotel was located in the middle of it. The room was nicely decorated. Breakfast was super good especially to fuel up before hike

Public spaces of the hotel were a bit spooky but as said, room was beautiful

Spacious, complete and OK apartment for our small family.

It was a small apartment complex detached from the main hotel building. OK, complete and spacious apartment but a bit old of everything (but all functioning). Friendly staff, very good value of in house restaurant for dinner and good location as pit stop for rest when going to Nord Kapp. We did see aurora when staying here (had to step outside)!

Nothing to dislike, just all was a bit old. I asked about WIFI and the staff said "there is maybe WIFI". In reality no WIFI and if visible on the phone, not able to connect for some reason (during our stay). Luckily we had sufficient mobile data to plan our next day journey with. I wish there were better instructions about the apartment (how to use sauna, fire place, thermostat and etc.).

Nice new facility. Comfortable rooms with nice balconies. Very good restaurant: good food, well priced, nice lunch buffets, excellent breakfast. Friendly, accommodating, helpful staff at the reception and in the restaurant.

No wifi. Wifi was down all 48 hours I was there. That’s a substantial inconvenience in 2021 when you have work to do and when the only alternative is your own cell phone with roaming charges. If something had to be missing, I’d have preferred no electricity or no hot water. Also, housekeeping: my room was not cleaned between nights one and two.

Decent stay.

Nice restaurant, spacious apartment.

Apartment was a bit noisy at times and very dark. There's pretty much nothing around, but you probably knew that already.

Surprisingly new and fresh hotel comparing to the surroundings in the small village.

New facilities gave a luxury feeling. Good food in the restaurant.

No table service in the restaurant. Back yard beneath the balcony was filld with construction material.

A good spot on the road.

Breakfast was good. Dinner pizza was good and place was atmospheric. Good parking space. Good and comfortable beds. Cozy rooms with a fridge and spacious bathroom.
