Beds were good. Pillows were good. The downstairs environment was excellent. I don’t normally give good ratings however this was a really good place.

Pleasant enough place to stay when on a work trip; good bistro
Like most places, we couldn't leave the balcony door open at night (straight onto carpark) and the bed had a doona rather than a blanket, so we had to leave the AC on all night. Not a huge issue thougn.

Ease of check in and plenty of parking. Very spacious room and comfortable bed. Great shower and amazing bar area looking over lake.
Something to put bags on in room would have been good. Bistro food was not quite as described , battered fish rather than crumbed. Would be great if there were flyscreen on door to patio , to stop insects

Clean, nice decor, fish tank, warm large pool and spa, large restaurant, beautiful views, live music, football on TV and good number of bars.
Smelt like a sewer on entry. Very loud doors which meant I couldn’t sleep as people came and left the hotel at all hours. Downstairs room was awful with no window and I felt very claustrophobic! Reception moved us to a carpark room and it was better.
